Volleyball Australia, in partnership with State and Territory Volleyball Organisations, has formally announced its commitment to child safety.
The Volleyball Australia Safeguarding Children and Young People Policy has been adopted by the national, state, and territory bodies and forms a key component of the broader National Integrity Framework.

On Saturday, 15 March 2025, Volleyball ACT proudly welcomed the return of the ACT Junior Beach Open. A total of 40 teams from across the ACT and NSW competed fiercely in seven divisions, showcasing incredible skill and sportsmanship on the sand.

Over the weekend of 8th and 9th March 2025, 83 teams came together for the grand finale of the Mikasa Cup—the ACT Open. As the final major local event of the summer, the competition was a fitting end to an incredible season. The event welcomed a mix of familiar faces and fresh talent, with some players making the trek to Lyneham for the very first time.
