Youth State Team Coaches

Volleyball ACT is seeking Expressions of Interest to lead the ACT teams to the Australian Youth Beach Volleyball Championships (AYBVC) in Coolangatta, QLD 28-31 March 2022.

VACT will seek to field representative teams in the Men's and Women's U14, U15 (fours), U16, U17, U18 (pairs).

Junior State Team Coaches

Volleyball ACT is seeking Expressions of Interest to lead the ACT teams during the upcoming series in Cobram, VIC 7th-9th February 2022 leading into Australian Junior Beach Volleyball Champs (AJBVC) 1-3 March 2022 in Manly, New South Wales.

VACT will seek to field representative teams in the Men's and Women's U19 and U23's.

Key Generic Role Information

These are volunteer roles that require all coaches to place the safety and welfare of the athlete above all else.
Team coaches are required to illustrate a positive image of Volleyball in the ACT at all times while working constructively with fellow coaches and officials.
The purpose of these roles is to identify, support, organize, develop, coach and mentor VACT athletes to perform to their best abilities at AJBVC in March 2022.
To apply, you must be an accredited coach and have a current WWVP card for the duration of the program.

Squad Coach - Canberra Beach Program

The role of Squad Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Coach in a variety of training & coaching duties. This role requires you to plan and deliver training programs for your appointed squad and assist in the development of further programming to ensure member engagement, ongoing retention and continuous improvement of the Canberra Beach Program.
